ExportAction does not provide advanced, complex, technical support. What we do is provide an informed, intelligent, interested response by a real person without any "Press 7 for..."
We never underestimate the ability of our colleagues to learn and they are all IT literate - and care about our clients' business.
ExportAction clients have a designated Client Relations Executive (CRE) who works with them to create a list of frequently asked questions and answers. If a CRE is unable to provide an answer, they will say so and assure the caller they will be contacted within a specific time - and they will be, even if it is to say "I don't yet have the answer to your question, but I am working on it."
