Toll-free telephones - $199 one-time set-up charge and $199 per month
Allocation of US toll-free telephone number, answered in US time-zone using
frequently asked questions and answers developed by your Client
Relations Executive. Offers callers local rates throughout the US and Canada. Includes 100 free minutes per month with additional minutes typically costing between six and ten cents per minute.
Cell (mobile) phones
When you are in the US, more than 50 percent of telephones will not be able to call your UK mobile number. ExportAction can arrange for you to have a pay-as-you-go cell phone so you can be in touch with your US contacts. Price depends on handset model.
US telephones installed in your UK office
You can have a US telephone connected to an Internet router in your office and use it to place or take US calls. Price on application.
US numbers with call forwarding to UK numbers - "a-dollar-a-day." *
You can have a US telephone number diverted to a UK telephone number. Agreement is for $365 pre-paid for twelve months service.

| US company - $599
Incorporation of a Limited Liability Company (LLC)
in the state of Florida. Supplements apply to other types of company and
other states.
The charge includes all state filing fees, documentation and mailing charges. Beware incorporation companies, especially online companies, which have many hidden charges.
Registered Agent - $99
If you have a US company, you will need a Registered Agent available at an address staffed during normal working hours. An attorney or incorporation company will typically charge between $200 and $300 a year to provide this service. We will be your Registered Agent for a one-time charge of $99 for as long as you remain a client of ExportAction.
Employer Identification Number (EIN) - $199
If you choose not to incorporate and sell to larger companies pr most of the public sector, you will need an EIN. This does not mean you have employees. The number is essential for the issue of many purchase orders and invitations to tender.
If you form a US company, you will automatically be issued with an EIN. If not, ExportAction will make application on you behalf (probably saving you half a day).

| Corporate services
Attorney-at-law - one-time charge of $199
The worst time to lok for an attorney is when you need one. Establish a client/attorney relationship as early as possible.
On your behalf,
ExportAction can brief and appoint a firm of attorneys-at-law. The
attorneys can be based in the UK (handy to meet) or the US. All the
attorneys we, and our clients, use are specialists in commercial law and
issues. The attorneys we use are used to dealing with UK companies with
US business.
Accountant - one-time charge of $199
On your behalf, ExportAction
can brief and appoint a firm of Certified Public Accountants to assist
you with statutory filings, taxation planning and profit repatriation.
Bank accounts - one-time charge of $199
On
your behalf, ExportAction can a company electronic account with a US
bank to speed your US-to-UK cash-flow. We will deposit incoming funds to
your US bank (we recommend different banks for different requirements),
but we will not hold check (cheque) books or passwords, nor will we
make payments, transfers or withdrawals. It is your money.
We are also able to make application for Visa card(s) for you to simplify US expenses and expenditures.
Insurance - complimentary service to clients
If
you require the US equivalent of product liability, professional
indemnity, or other business insurance, we are able to make an
introduction on behalf of clients. We make no charge for this service
and, as with all third party suppliers, ExportAction accepts no
introductory commissions or rewards. We always act in what we believe to
be the best interest of our clients.
We recommend getting US
quotations for US business-related insurance as these are often less
expensive than arranging comparable cover in the UK.
Immigration and visas - complimentary service to clients
Please
be sure everyone working for you in the US is legally entitled to do
so. If you need help with immigration, work permits and visas, please
use a reputable specialist. At no charge to clients, ExportAction is
able to make an introduction on behalf of clients to an attorney
specializing in this field.
